Perched in Hamilton, this project involved the construction of two stunning contemporary residences, each offering breathtaking river and city views. Designed by award-winning architect Chris Clout, the multi-level homes feature expansive open-plan living spaces, soaring ceilings, and seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor areas.
Each residence includes a private master suite, luxurious ensuites, and a showpiece kitchen with integrated appliances and a butler’s pantry. The third level is dedicated to entertaining, with an infinity pool and large terrace overlooking the city. The homes also include convenient elevator access to all levels, ensuring ease of movement throughout.
Both properties were designed to provide a balance of luxury, functionality, and breathtaking views, making them a standout feature of the Hamilton landscape.
