Managing Director
Having a commercial construction and development consultancy background, Andrew is experienced across the complete development process. He has a natural ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure that detailed project briefs and desired outcomes are achieved.
Kosta Nisiotis
Development Manager
With a background in residential construction and development consultancy, Kosta possesses extensive experience across the development life cycle. His primary capabilities lie in early conception and feasibility, having an adept understanding of the pre planning phase.
He excels in project delivery having the ability to ensure desired outcomes are achieved and demonstrates a natural talent for collaborative work with key stakeholders.
Sam Watson
Development Manager
Sam Watson has over 15 years of experience in property development and town planning having previously operated as a principal and supervising town planner in local government and private enterprise whilst completing several property development projects during that time.
Equipped with a Bachelor of Urban and Environmental Planning, Cert IV in Property Development Project Management and being a Licensed Real Estate Agent with a Cert IV In Real Estate Property Practice, Sam’s formal education combined with a working background as a town planner and developer gives him a critical edge for his clients.
